Amy Bidwell
Amy Bidwell, an assistant professor in health promotion and wellness, is studying an interesting relationship in fitness and diet. She continues to explore whether those who exercise frequently counteract the potential negative effects of consuming products with high fructose corn syrup.
"I'm looking at relationships between high fructose corn syrup and obesity when correlated with physical activity," Bidwell said. "This grant will allow me to expand my work to include a variety of factors."
Bidwell comes to Oswego with a Ph.D. in exercise physiology/science education and master's in exercise physiology from Syracuse University, and a bachelor's in physical education from SUNY Brockport.
