This program is designed to help facilitate the development of supportive networks for new full-time and adjunct faculty across the campus, to supplement the mentoring that occurs within departments. This program is designed to: connect new faculty with a supportive network of peers; open additional avenues for building knowledge about campus resources and expectations; create a safe venue for new faculty to share questions and concerns and receive information and feedback; and to help new faculty be more more successful in their classrooms, in research, and in service to the campus, community, and their professions.

This program will consist of monthly Zoom meetings with breakout room discussions to discuss issues and concerns related to teaching, research, and service. Information from these discussions will be used to structure professional development during the semester and during winter and spring breakout sessions.
