Technology services

The Accessibility Resource Services Office serves as a centralized place for delivering support services to student with disabilities. Some of the resources and services available through the office include:

  • Dell computers with specialized software (Premier AT).
  • Word Processing, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
  • Access to the Internet. 
  • Braille printer
  • Dragon Naturally Speaking software (speech to text)
  • JAWS software (screen reading assistance)
  • FM system (assistance for the hearing impaired)
  • MP3 recorders to borrow
  • Noise canceling headphones
  • Photocopier for enlarging class notes.
  • Alternate format books
  • Enhanced Vision CCTV
  • Read Out Loud
