Humphrey Fellows program dedicated to graduate academic study, professional development and cultural exchange. Members of this group hail from Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Guinea, Haiti, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Macedonia, Madagascar, Philippines and Sri Lanka.
