Proxy Access 2024 update

Students who provided proxies access prior to 1/17/24:

The Proxy Access system was upgraded 1/17/24. As part of the update, the myOswego pages available for Proxy Access changed. Pages previously available were retired - they can no longer be selected by students and they can no longer be viewed by Proxies.

Students who would like their Proxies to have access to the new pages will need to login to myOswego and follow these steps:

  • select the Personal Information tab
  • click the Proxy Management link
  • use the edit (pencil) icon for the assigned Proxy
  • scroll to the "Authorizations" area, select pages you wish to make available to the Proxy
  • click Submit

To notify your Proxy of the change via a system-generated email that includes a new login link:

  • use the edit (pencil) icon for the assigned Proxy again
  • scroll to the "Authorizations" area
  • click "E-mail Authorizations"
