Entrepreneur Jeff Knauss, SUNY Oswego class of 2007 and co-founder of award-winning digital marketing agency The Digital Hyve, will speak at the college's December Commencement -- exactly a decade after he crossed the same stage to receive his bachelor's degree in public relations.

Hundreds of SUNY Oswego students have explored a variety of career fields, networked with professionals, toured facilities and developed new connections with each other, faculty, employers and alumni, thanks to the Boniface Unendowed Career Planning Student Fund.

Originator of the Triple Helix theory for business incubation – Dr. Henry Etzkowitz of Stanford University – will give a featured address at Oct. 30 "Business Incubators and New York State: New Strategies for Socio-Economic Renewal."

Robert E. Moritz ’85, chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) International Limited, will address "Global Trends and Building Skills for the Future" during a presentation 4:30-6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 12, in the Marano Campus Center auditorium.

ESPN columnist, panelist and bestselling author Kate Fagan will recount her experience coming out as gay among devout Christians on her college basketball team at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10, in Sheldon Hall Ballroom as a part of SUNY Oswego's I Am Oz Diversity Speaker Series.
