Oswego’s annual Whiteout Weekend, one of the most recognized campus traditions, is set to return this Friday and Saturday at the Deborah F. Stanley Arena and Convocation Hall in Marano Campus Center, including an effort to help those in need as the holidays approach.

On Friday, Nov. 15, Oswego men’s hockey will face off against archrival Plattsburgh at 7 p.m. Students may begin lining up along the Marano Campus Center spine at 3 p.m.

The excitement continues on Saturday, Nov. 16, with a doubleheader featuring Oswego women’s hockey vs. Plattsburgh at 3 p.m., followed by the men playing Potsdam at 7 p.m. These are sold as separate game tickets.

Student tickets are free but should be claimed in advance, as they are expected to sell out quickly. Tickets for all games are available at tickets.oswego.edu.

Faculty and staff can participate in a special promotion for Saturday's game by donating food or hygiene items to support the campus SHOP (Students Helping Oz Peers), United Way of Greater Oswego County or the Salvation Army. Those who bring a donation to the box office will receive a buy-one-get-one-free ticket offer for the Nov. 16 game.
