The remaining proposal timelines include: Quarter 3 courses with March 2026 travel; Quarter 4 and semester courses with early summer 2026 travel; and summer session programs with travel occurring during summer 2026.
Note the following deadlines for proposals:
- Q3 2026: July 15
- Q4 2026: July 15
- Semester Course with Optional Travel (Spring): July 15
- Summer 2026: Aug. 15
If you are interested in leading a faculty-led course, just fill out a program proposal form to start the process.
